Delivery Policy

Also called Shipping Policy. For Polity+ plans and for media and polity services by Median Polity Solutions.

1. What we sell

We sell two kinds of things: Polity+ plans, explained in sections 1 to 5, and media and polity services, explained in section 6.

We sell Polity+ plans for village, block and taluka leaders (see Pricing). A plan gives access to Polity+ leadership features, in the Android app and the web app, for the period paid for. The Polity+ Android app itself is a free download from our Download page, available any time, before or after you pay. Polity+ plans are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery or shipping charges.

2. How it is delivered

After your payment is successful, within 24 hours we:

switch on your plan for the Polity+ account linked to the phone number you gave at payment, and
email a confirmation to the email address you gave at payment, with your plan's start and end dates.

You can use the plan straight away in the Polity+ Android app (free download) or the web app, by signing in with that phone number.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You also receive a payment receipt from Razorpay.

3. Where we deliver

Delivery is by email and online, so it works anywhere. Polity+ is meant for use in India.

4. If you don't receive it

Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Make sure the email address and phone number you gave at payment are correct.
If 24 hours have passed, email medianpolitysolutions@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will switch on or fix your plan, and we reply within 48 hours.

If we cannot switch on your plan, we refund your payment in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. App updates

The Android app always shows the latest Polity+ features. When we release a new app file, it is published on our Download page, free of charge.

6. Media and Polity services

Services are delivered as set out in your written quote, which states what you will receive, how and by when:

Digital work (films, videos, designs, reports, social media posts) is delivered by email or a download link, or published on your pages with your approval.
On-site work (press conferences, events, surveys, training) is carried out at the place and on the dates agreed in the quote.
Printed material (posters, banners, booklets), when included in the quote, is handed over in person or sent by courier to the address in the quote. Any printing or courier cost is shown in the quote.

If we cannot deliver on the agreed date, we tell you as early as possible and agree a new date with you. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a refund as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
